Never. Nothing. No one.

3. Behaviour, Respect and Group Safety

Participants must:

• Treat one another with respect and professionalism
• Listen without judgement
• Share honestly and from experience
• Avoid interrupting or dominating the space
• Avoid discriminatory, aggressive, manipulative or shaming behaviour
• Respect emotional boundaries and group safety

Removal is final and non-refundable.

4. Mastermind Structure and Format

The Mastermind™ follows a clear, structured format, explained and practised with members at the start of the programme.

Sessions may include:

• Opening check-in
• One or more Hot Seats
• Group reflection
• Experience-based insights
• Clear commitments for the next period

Hot Seats (Definition)

A Hot Seat is a structured moment where one member shares a challenge or goal.
The group responds from personal experience, not advice.

Participants share:

• What worked for them
• What they learned
• What they would do differently
• Insights from their own journey

The space is collective reflection, not instruction.

Participants agree to respect:

• The structure
• The timing
• The process
• The facilitator’s guidance

5. Not a Therapy or Mental Health Service

The Mastermind™ is a professional environment.
It does not replace:

• Therapy
• Counselling
• Psychological or psychiatric treatment
• Crisis support

Members speak from experience, never as therapists, advisors or experts.

No one in the group:

• Diagnoses
• Treats
• Fixes
• Provides mental-health services

If a participant needs clinical support, they must seek professional help independently.

6. Commitment and Duration (One-Year Programme)

The Executive Hospitality Mastermind™ is a one-year programme.

Joining the Mastermind™ means committing to the full 12 months.

This commitment protects:

• The continuity and depth of the group
• The trust between participants
• The consistency required for real transformation

Participants may pay monthly or annually, but:

The commitment is always for the entire year.

Monthly payment does not imply a monthly contract.

Refunds and Cancellations

To protect the Mastermind™:

• There are no refunds
• No partial refunds
• No early cancellations
• No credits for missed sessions
• No suspension or pause of membership

However, Hospitality Leaders Club™ may, in rare and serious personal circumstances, review the situation individually and consider a humane solution.
This is not a right and is granted only at the organiser’s discretion.

7. Punctuality and Attendance

Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

• Maximum delay: 10 minutes
• After 10 minutes, entry is not allowed
• Late arrivals count as absences
• Absences are not refunded or credited
• Sessions are not recorded
• Missed content cannot be recovered

8. No Transfer or Substitution

Mastermind membership:

• Is strictly personal
• Cannot be transferred
• Cannot be shared
• Cannot be reassigned to a colleague
• Cannot be used by multiple people

Corporate billing is allowed, but the named participant remains fixed for the entire year.

9. Group Composition (No Partners, No Friends, No Family)

To protect neutrality and freedom of expression:

No group may include:

• Business partners
• Romantic partners
• Spouses
• Close friends
• Family members
• Direct colleagues in the same hotel or department

If any relational conflict of interest is identified, the organiser may reassign a member to another group.

10. Group Admission and Allocation

Between Forks e.U. curates groups based on:

• Leadership level
• Industry background
• Personality
• Confidentiality needs
• Professional balance
• Neutrality and diversity
• Availability
• Group fit and value exchange

Admission is selective, not automatic.

If the chosen group schedule does not align with a participant’s availability, the organiser may allocate them to another cohort.

11. Mastermind Scheduling (Chosen by the Group)

Each Mastermind group chooses:

• A fixed monthly meeting date
• A fixed start time
• A consistent schedule for the entire year

These dates remain fixed to support planning and consistency.

If a participant cannot attend the chosen group schedule, the organiser may reassign them to another group.

Hospitality Leaders Club™ commits to protecting all participant information under Austrian and EU law (including GDPR).

Strictly prohibited:

Rescheduling does not entitle participants to refunds or credits.

• “My circumstances changed.”

The Mastermind™ remains non-refundable in all ordinary situations.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna.

20. External Groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.)

Participants may choose to create their own communication groups outside the official platforms of the Executive Hospitality Mastermind™, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or any other medium.

Hospitality Leaders Club™ and Between Forks e.U.:

• Are not responsible for any external groups created by participants
• Do not monitor these groups
• Do not manage their content, behaviour or interactions
• Do not provide support, moderation or dispute resolution for them
• Do not accept liability for anything shared, discussed, posted or organised within them

Only communication channels officially created and managed by Hospitality Leaders Club™ fall under the responsibility of the organiser.

Participation in external groups is strictly voluntary and entirely at the participants’ own risk.

20. No Sales, No Pitching, No Lead Generation

The Executive Hospitality Mastermind™ is a confidential leadership circle, not a sales environment. The integrity, emotional safety and neutrality of the group are essential.

Members may introduce their role or area of work in a natural way, but must not:

• Sell or promote products or services
• Pitch offers or programmes
• Collect or harvest member data for commercial purposes
• Add members to mailing lists without explicit consent
• Use the Mastermind™ to generate leads or clients
• Suggest discounts, trials or consultation sessions
