HOW IT WORKS
A clear structure. Nothing improvised.
Members are placed in carefully curated, stable mastermind groups.
The same group meets over time to build trust, depth and real continuity.
Each group follows a proven mastermind framework, designed to support clear thinking, better decisions and meaningful progress.
The process includes:
– Application or invitation
– Curated group formation
– Introductory onboarding session
– Six mastermind sessions per year, every two months
– Absolute confidentiality
This structure exists to protect the quality of the experience.
So conversations can go deeper, decisions can be challenged properly and growth can happen without noise.
Commitment & Fit Guarantee
This is a one-year Mastermind. And that is intentional.
The work we do requires continuity, presence and responsibility. This is not a drop-in programme and not designed for casual participation.
To ensure mutual fit, the first three consecutive Mastermind sessions (excluding the onboarding session) function as an alignment period.
If, after attending the third consecutive Mastermind session, a participant feels that this is not the right space for them, they may exit the programme at that point.
In that case, a partial refund is available, as outlined in our Commitment & Fit Guarantee.
From the completion of the third Mastermind session onwards, the annual commitment becomes fully binding.
This structure exists to protect the quality of the group and to ensure that every member enters with clarity and intention.

My name is Verónica Sánchez Martín, founder of Between Forks™ and Hospitality Leaders Club™. For years, I worked within hotels and F&B operations, leading teams and supporting leaders while carrying responsibility myself.
Along the way, I saw the same pattern repeat. Leaders making difficult decisions without enough space to think. Carrying pressure silently. Holding everything together while feeling increasingly alone.
In parallel, I have been part of entrepreneur and leadership masterminds for many years. They became one of the most impactful tools in my own journey, especially during very difficult moments when continuing felt uncertain.
Having a trusted group to think with, contrast decisions and rely on the experience of others allowed me to move forward on safer ground, with more clarity and less isolation.
Hospitality Leaders Club™ was born from that lived experience. It exists to offer leaders what I once needed myself: a serious, protected and human space to think, decide and grow without having to carry everything alone.
