All essential information is gathered in one place: session dates, Zoom links and shared agreements, so nothing gets lost in emails.
The space also includes a private group chat, available if and when you need it. Within the group, an accountability partner supports continuity and follow-through, always by choice, never by obligation.
There is no expectation to be present, no tracking and no noise. The space is carefully held so it can support you when needed and stay quietly in the background when it is not.

Sessions are never recorded. Stories do not leave the room. Nothing is repeated outside the circle. What is shared remains protected, always.
This commitment to confidentiality changes the quality of the conversation.

Why this is a one-year commitment
This Mastermind is designed as a one-year commitment because depth, trust and better decisions require continuity.
This is not a short-term programme. It is a structured space for leaders who want clarity, perspective and a place to think properly over time.
To ensure mutual fit, the first three consecutive Mastermind sessions (excluding the onboarding session) act as an alignment period.
If, after the third Mastermind session, a participant feels this is not the right space for them, they may step out at that point, with a 50% refund of the net investment, minus a fixed administrative fee.
From the completion of the third Mastermind session onwards, the annual commitment becomes fully binding.
This structure exists to protect the quality of the group and the integrity of the work.
