Sessions are never recorded. Stories do not leave the room. Nothing is repeated outside the circle. What is shared remains protected, always.

This Mastermind is designed as a one-year commitment because depth, trust and better decisions require continuity.

To ensure mutual fit, the first three consecutive Mastermind sessions (excluding the onboarding session) act as an alignment period.

If, after the third Mastermind session, a participant feels this is not the right space for them, they may step out at that point, with a 50% refund of the net investment, minus a fixed administrative fee.

From the completion of the third Mastermind session onwards, the annual commitment becomes fully binding.

Before joining the group, members accept a participation and confidentiality agreement.

Each group begins with a lighter introductory session.

This is a structured onboarding where members meet their specific group, understand the framework, tools and documentation, and align on how the masterminds work.

After the introduction, the group enters the mastermind cycle.

Sessions take place every two months, for a total of six masterminds per year.

Each session lasts three hours and follows a fixed, proven and non-negotiable framework that supports deep, focused work.

There are two pathways. Some leaders are personally invited by Verónica Sánchez, who curates the circle and identifies profiles capable of contributing to and benefiting from the depth of the group.

Others may apply, after which Verónica personally evaluates whether they align with the energy, maturity and ambition of the Mastermind.

After your private conversation with the Hospitality Leaders Club team, you will receive a detailed dossier outlining the full structure of the Mastermind, along with a personal confirmation link.

Once the first payment is completed, your place is reserved and your onboarding begins.

The one-year Mastermind cycle officially starts with the first Mastermind session of your group. The onboarding Coffee Session takes place prior to this and is designed to prepare and align the group before the cycle begins.

This ensures that every participant starts the journey with clarity, context and a shared reference point.

No. Applications are carefully reviewed by Verónica. Only candidates whose values, mindset and level of responsibility align with the Mastermind are invited to join.

It means you are pre-selected. You will meet with Verónica for an exploratory conversation. If the alignment is mutual, you may confirm your place through the dedicated link provided afterwards.

The Mastermind operates in annual cycles, but this does not mean you must wait an entire year to join. Each group begins its own annual cycle once it reaches capacity, with a minimum of six and a maximum of eight leaders.

For example, if you join in May, you will enter the next group forming around that time. Once the group reaches its required size, its twelve-month cycle begins. This ensures that every member starts together, grows together and shares a coherent journey, while still allowing new leaders to enter throughout the year when a group is being formed.

The twelve-month commitment always starts with the first official Mastermind session of the group you join.

Groups are intentionally small. Verónica personally selects between six and eight leaders to ensure intimacy, trust and meaningful contribution. Quality over quantity is a strict principle.

Because real transformation does not happen in quick hits.
A Mastermind is not a programme to “consume”, but a container you grow inside of.

The depth of the group, the trust, the clarity and the breakthroughs only emerge when every member is committed to the full journey.

A flexible or “drop-in” format would destroy the safety and consistency of the space.

Pausing your participation during the year is not possible. The Mastermind is a continuous journey, and the group relies on stable presence.

If your situation changes before your group has started, postponing your annual cycle to the next edition is usually straightforward and requires no group approval.

If your group has already begun, postponing is only possible with the agreement of the group, since the decision affects cohesion and continuity. Verónica will always support you in finding the best solution for everyone, ensuring respect for both the individual and the circle.

The Mastermind is structured as a one-year commitment. This is essential to protect the depth of the work, the trust within the group and the quality of the experience for every participant.

At the same time, we recognise that true alignment can only be confirmed once the work has begun.

For this reason, the first three consecutive Mastermind sessions (excluding the onboarding Coffee Session) function as a mutual alignment period. These are the first, second and third official Mastermind sessions, attended consecutively and in full.

During this period, participants experience the real structure, rhythm, depth and group dynamic of the Mastermind. This allows for an informed and honest decision about long-term fit.

If, after attending the third consecutive Mastermind session, a participant feels that the Mastermind is not the right space for them, does not provide the value they expected, or does not feel aligned or comfortable within the group, they may choose to exit the programme at that point.

In the case of an annual payment, the programme offers a refund of 50% of the net amount paid (excluding VAT), minus a fixed administrative fee of €200.

In the case of a monthly payment plan, future monthly payments will be stopped immediately after the decision to exit, and a fixed administrative fee of €200 will apply. No further payments will be required.

From the completion of the third Mastermind session onwards, the annual commitment becomes fully binding and no refunds apply.
