DAY 3 — Private Interviews, Employer Showcases & Professional Alignment

A full day focused on turning human connection into real opportunities.

The day begins with a warm welcome and open networking, allowing participants to reconnect without masks and pick up conversations from Day 2.

You provide a clear overview of all employers:

  • the roles they are hiring for

  • their culture and expectations

Then, talent and employers enter a structured sequence of:

Employer-Led Roundtables

Small-group sessions where each employer becomes the expert at the table.

These sessions rotate, allowing participants to explore several employers and roles.

Private Interview Sessions

Select employers conduct private interviews with pre-matched candidates.

The day concludes with a final networking moment—warm, celebratory and human—closing the summit with clarity, optimism and concrete next steps.
