TERMS AND CONDITIONS CORPORATE MASTERMIND EDITION

About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Corporate Mastermind Edition™, operated by Hospitality Leaders Club™ and Between Forks e.U., Vienna, Austria.

By entering into a Corporate Mastermind Agreement, the organisation confirms that it has read, understood and agrees to these Terms. Each participating leader is also individually bound by them.

1. The Nature of the Corporate Mastermind Edition™

The Corporate Mastermind Edition™ is a one year, peer based leadership Mastermind for senior hospitality leaders, sponsored by their organisation.

It offers a calm, confidential and facilitated space for clarity, judgement, strategic reflection and peer perspective.

It is not:

  • Training
  • Coaching
  • Therapy or counselling
  • A wellbeing initiative
  • Consulting or advisory services
  • Performance management or evaluation
  • Mental health or crisis support

The Mastermind provides perspective and reflection, not directives. Leaders remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions and wellbeing.

2. Corporate Sponsorship and Leader Participation

2.1 Sponsorship Model

The organisation acts solely as the paying sponsor.

Sponsorship grants access to the leader, not to the organisation. The organisation has no access to session content, discussions or personal data shared within the Mastermind.

2.2 Designated Leaders

Each sponsored place is assigned to one named leader for the full duration of the programme.

Participating leaders must:

  • Hold senior leadership responsibility
  • Participate personally and consistently
  • Accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions

These requirements protect the quality, depth and integrity of the Mastermind space.

2.3 No Substitution or Rotation

Mastermind places are strictly personal.

Once the programme has begun:

  • No substitution
  • No rotation
  • No reassignment

Corporate sponsorship does not create transferable seats.

3. Group Independence and Organisational Separation

To protect psychological safety and independence of thought:

  • Leaders from the same organisation are placed in different Mastermind groups
  • Internal reporting, observation or feedback is not permitted
  • The Mastermind space belongs to the leader, not to the sponsoring organisation

This separation is intentional and non negotiable.

4. Confidentiality

Absolute. Indefinite. Non negotiable.

Confidentiality is the foundation of the Corporate Mastermind Edition™.

Leaders commit to absolute confidentiality regarding:

  • The identity of all participants
  • All personal, professional and organisational situations shared
  • All emotions, reflections, conflicts and insights
  • All written, verbal or digital content
  • Any materials or frameworks used

This confidentiality protects trust, depth and psychological safety.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Recording sessions in any form
  • Screenshots or photography
  • Sharing content with the sponsoring organisation or third parties
  • Using AI tools to transcribe, analyse or store content
  • Reproducing stories, frameworks or language externally

Any breach results in immediate removal without refund. Confidentiality remains binding indefinitely.

5. Behaviour, Respect and Group Safety

Leaders are expected to:

  • Act with professionalism and respect
  • Listen without judgement
  • Speak from personal experience
  • Respect emotional boundaries
  • Avoid dominance, manipulation or self promotion

The Facilitator may intervene at any time to protect the integrity of the group.

6. Role and Authority of the Facilitator

The Facilitator is responsible for:

  • Holding the structure and rhythm of sessions
  • Protecting emotional and psychological safety
  • Managing time and boundaries
  • Upholding the integrity of the Mastermind process

The Facilitator does not provide therapy, coaching or consulting. Process decisions taken during sessions are final.

7. Structure and Commitment

The Corporate Mastermind Edition™ is a one year programme.

It includes:

  • Six facilitated Mastermind sessions
  • One fixed group of six to eight leaders
  • One individual alignment conversation
  • One introductory group session
  • Access to a private group space between sessions

There are no tasks, assignments or performance expectations between sessions. The structure exists to protect depth, trust and continuity.

8. Attendance and Punctuality

Participation follows clear boundaries:

  • Sessions start at the scheduled time
  • Maximum delay of ten minutes
  • Late entry is not permitted
  • Sessions are not recorded
  • Missed sessions are not refunded or replaced

These rules protect the group and the quality of the space.

9. Payment and Invoicing

The organisation commits to the full annual investment.

  • Fees are invoiced according to the agreed structure
  • All fees are due regardless of attendance
  • No refunds, credits, pauses or rollovers
  • Internal organisational changes do not affect payment obligations

10. No Refund Policy

The Corporate Mastermind Edition™ is a full year commitment.

There are:

  • No refunds
  • No partial refunds
  • No early termination
  • No suspension or postponement once started

Exceptional cases may be reviewed at the organiser’s discretion. This does not constitute a contractual right.
