These Founder Membership Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) apply to all individuals who join Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 (\u201cthe Club\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d) during the platform construction phase and who are granted Founder Member status. By becoming a Founder Member, you agree to these Terms in addition to the general Membership Terms & Conditions of Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These Terms exist to clearly outline the privileges, limitations and conditions associated with Founder Member status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A Founder Member is an individual who joins the Club during the platform construction phase, as determined solely by the Club. \u2022 Is awarded only at initial enrolment Founder Member status is available exclusively during the Club\u2019s early-development period. Founder Members receive a preferential early-access membership rate (\u201cFounder Rate\u201d) applicable only to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Year 1 (initial term)<\/strong> The Founder Rate applies strictly to the Founder Member\u2019s own continuous membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beginning in Year 3, Founder Members transition to an Exclusive Founder Renewal Rate<\/strong>, a preferential price tier reserved solely for uninterrupted Founder Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This Exclusive Founder Renewal Rate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 May be adjusted periodically to reflect inflation, VAT changes, or strategic pricing Founder status is described as \u201clifetime\u201d in recognition of the member\u2019s early contribution. If the membership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 ends then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Founder status is permanently forfeited There are no exceptions<\/strong>. Founder Member status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Cannot be purchased after the early-access window closes
\u2022 Cannot be reinstated once lost
\u2022 Cannot be reassigned at a later date<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Club may close Founder enrolment at any time and without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n3. Founder Rate \u2014 First Two Years<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Year 2 (first renewal term)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n4. Exclusive Founder Renewal Rate \u2014 From Year Three Onwards<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Will always<\/em> remain preferential compared to public pricing at the time<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n5. Lifetime Founder Status<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
However, lifetime<\/em> refers only to the duration of an active<\/strong> and uninterrupted<\/strong> membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 lapses
\u2022 is cancelled
\u2022 is paused
\u2022 remains unpaid<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Founder Rates and Exclusive Founder Renewal Rates are permanently forfeited
\u2022 The individual may rejoin only under public pricing and conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLifetime\u201d status does not<\/strong> survive cancellation or interruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n6. Continuity Requirement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 permanent loss of Founder pricing and privileges
\u2022 re-entry only under public rates<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n7. Non-transferability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 cannot be transferred
\u2022 cannot be assigned to employers, employees or colleagues
\u2022 cannot be moved across membership types (e.g., Corporate Circle)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n8. Adjustments to Founder Rates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 tax changes
\u2022 platform development
\u2022 market standards
\u2022 operational needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n9. Cancellation, Expiry & Non-Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 fails to pay
\u2022 allows their membership to lapse past renewal
\u2022 disputes a payment
\u2022 requests a pause<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n10. Rejoining Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 current public Membership Terms
\u2022 no Founder privileges<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n11. Founder Badge & Recognition<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 remove them from profiles, websites or professional materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n12. Limitations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 does not grant priority access to capacity-limited events
\u2022 may evolve as the Club develops, without diminishing the value of active Founder benefits<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n13. Precedence of These Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 marketing materials
\u2022 social media posts
\u2022 promotional content
\u2022 informal descriptions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n14. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
