Each <strong>participating leader<\/strong> is also individually bound by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The Nature of the Corporate Mastermind Edition\u2122<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Corporate Mastermind Edition\u2122 is a <strong>one year, peer based leadership Mastermind<\/strong> for senior hospitality leaders, sponsored by their organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It offers a <strong>calm, confidential and facilitated space<\/strong> for clarity, judgement, strategic reflection and peer perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Therapy or counselling <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A wellbeing initiative <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting or advisory services <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance management or evaluation <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mental health or crisis support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mastermind provides perspective and reflection, not directives. Leaders remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Corporate Sponsorship and Leader Participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Sponsorship Model<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation acts solely as the <strong>paying sponsor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsorship grants access <strong>to the leader<\/strong>, not to the organisation. The organisation has <strong>no access<\/strong> to session content, discussions or personal data shared within the Mastermind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Designated Leaders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each sponsored place is assigned to <strong>one named leader<\/strong> for the full duration of the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participating leaders must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold senior leadership responsibility <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate personally and consistently <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These requirements protect the quality, depth and integrity of the Mastermind space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 No Substitution or Rotation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mastermind places are <strong>strictly personal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the programme has begun:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No substitution <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No rotation <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No reassignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Corporate sponsorship does not create transferable seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Group Independence and Organisational Separation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To protect psychological safety and independence of thought:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leaders from the same organisation are placed in different Mastermind groups <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal reporting, observation or feedback is not permitted <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Mastermind space belongs to the leader, not to the sponsoring organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This separation is intentional and non negotiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Absolute. Indefinite. Non negotiable.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Confidentiality is the foundation of the Corporate Mastermind Edition\u2122.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders commit to absolute confidentiality regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The identity of all participants <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All personal, professional and organisational situations shared <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All emotions, reflections, conflicts and insights <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All written, verbal or digital content <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any materials or frameworks used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This confidentiality protects trust, depth and psychological safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recording sessions in any form <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screenshots or photography <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing content with the sponsoring organisation or third parties <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using AI tools to transcribe, analyse or store content <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reproducing stories, frameworks or language externally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any breach results in immediate removal without refund. Confidentiality remains binding indefinitely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Behaviour, Respect and Group Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders are expected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act with professionalism and respect <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen without judgement <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speak from personal experience <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect emotional boundaries <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid dominance, manipulation or self promotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator may intervene at any time to protect the integrity of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Role and Authority of the Facilitator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holding the structure and rhythm of sessions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecting emotional and psychological safety <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing time and boundaries <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upholding the integrity of the Mastermind process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator does not provide therapy, coaching or consulting. Process decisions taken during sessions are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Structure and Commitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Corporate Mastermind Edition\u2122 is a <strong>one year programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Six facilitated Mastermind sessions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One fixed group of six to eight leaders <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One individual alignment conversation <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One introductory group session <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to a private group space between sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no tasks, assignments or performance expectations between sessions. The structure exists to protect depth, trust and continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Attendance and Punctuality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation follows clear boundaries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sessions start at the scheduled time <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum delay of ten minutes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late entry is not permitted <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions are not recorded <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missed sessions are not refunded or replaced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These rules protect the group and the quality of the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Payment and Invoicing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation commits to the <strong>full annual investment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fees are invoiced according to the agreed structure <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All fees are due regardless of attendance <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds, credits, pauses or rollovers <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal organisational changes do not affect payment obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. No Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Corporate Mastermind Edition\u2122 is a full year commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No partial refunds <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No early termination <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No suspension or postponement once started<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exceptional cases may be reviewed at the organiser\u2019s discretion. This does not constitute a contractual right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Between Forks e.U. complies fully with EU GDPR regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participant data is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stored securely <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used only for operational purposes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never shared with sponsoring organisations <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never sold or distributed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Removal or Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A leader may be removed without refund in cases of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breach of confidentiality <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unethical or disruptive behaviour <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of the Mastermind space <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of these Terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser may terminate the agreement if integrity or safety is compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All frameworks, methodologies and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of <strong>Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122<\/strong> and <strong>Between Forks e.U.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No content may be copied, taught, published, adapted or reused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decisions made by leaders <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business or organisational outcomes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emotional responses \u2022 Technical issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Liability is limited to the programme fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by <strong>Austrian law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jurisdiction lies with the courts of <strong>Vienna, Austria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Liability<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Between Forks e.U. is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>business decisions of participating leaders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emotional responses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>missed opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancellations of events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conversations between leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Liability is strictly limited to the Corporate Membership fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Any disputes arising from Corporate Mastermind Edition are governed by Austrian law.<br>Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Vienna, Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
