TERMS AND CONDITIONS \u2013 HLC SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES\u2122<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Seminars, Workshops and Masterclasses<\/strong> organised by Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122<\/strong>, operated by Between Forks e.U., Vienna, Austria<\/strong>, whether delivered online<\/strong> or in person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By registering for or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

1. Nature of the Learning Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

HLC Seminars, Workshops and Masterclasses are designed to deliver:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Professional learning
\u2022 Leadership tools
\u2022 Structured guidance
\u2022 Practical frameworks
\u2022 Inspiration and skill development<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These sessions are not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Therapy
\u2022 Psychological treatment
\u2022 Counselling
\u2022 Coaching guarantees
\u2022 Professional certification programmes
\u2022 Legal, financial or HR advisory<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees remain fully responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

2. Formats Covered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms apply to all learning formats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 In-person seminars
\u2022 In-person workshops
\u2022 Masterclasses
\u2022 Online sessions (live via Zoom or equivalent)
\u2022 Hybrid formats
\u2022 Recorded replays (when available)
\u2022 Corporate learning events organised by HLC\u2122<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

3. Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Eventbrite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A booking is confirmed only after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Full payment is received
\u2022 A confirmation email is issued<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spaces are limited.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

4. No Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To guarantee fair planning and protect the learning environment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 All registrations are non-refundable<\/strong>
\u2022 No partial refunds
\u2022 No credits for unused sessions
\u2022 No refunds for illnesses, travel issues or personal circumstances
\u2022 No refunds for technical problems on the attendee\u2019s side
\u2022 No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the organiser cancels the event entirely, attendees may choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 A full refund
\u2022 Or a credit for a future session<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

5. Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Change the date
\u2022 Adjust the time
\u2022 Change the venue (within the same city)
\u2022 Change the online platform
\u2022 Modify the facilitator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If rescheduled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Tickets automatically transfer to the new date
\u2022 Refunds are only offered if the change is major (e.g. moved to a different month)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

6. Attendance and Punctuality<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sessions begin at the stated time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Arrive punctually (online or in person)
\u2022 Test technology beforehand for online sessions
\u2022 Notify the organiser if unable to attend<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late arrivals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Disrupt the learning flow
\u2022 May be asked to wait for a suitable moment to join
\u2022 May result in missing content
\u2022 Receive no refund or compensation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

7. Behaviour and Participant Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Attendees must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Act respectfully
\u2022 Avoid interrupting or dominating discussions
\u2022 Not behave aggressively or disruptively
\u2022 Refrain from discriminatory or inappropriate comments
\u2022 Respect the facilitator and the structure
\u2022 Follow group guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may remove any participant whose behaviour:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Harms the learning environment
\u2022 Distracts others
\u2022 Violates the Terms
\u2022 Creates discomfort or safety concerns<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

8. Confidentiality (Especially for Workshops and Online Sessions)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While not as confidential as Mastermind\u2122 circles, workshops often involve personal or leadership reflections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Respect personal stories of others
\u2022 Not share private reflections outside the session
\u2022 Not record or transcribe conversations
\u2022 Not screenshot shared materials or participant images<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confidentiality protects every attendee’s dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

9. No Sales, No Pitching and No Lead Generation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These sessions are learning environments, not commercial platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Introduce themselves
\u2022 Share background professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees may not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Sell or promote services or products
\u2022 Pitch offers
\u2022 Collect leads or contact details
\u2022 Add participants to mailing lists without consent
\u2022 Distribute promotional materials
\u2022 Use chat or breakout rooms for commercial solicitation
\u2022 Recruit for external programmes or communities
\u2022 Offer consultations during or after the session unless invited<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Violation results in removal from the session and potential exclusion from future events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All content provided by Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 or Between Forks e.U., including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Slides
\u2022 Frameworks
\u2022 Video sessions
\u2022 PDFs
\u2022 Exercises
\u2022 Tools
\u2022 Texts
\u2022 Workbooks
\u2022 Recordings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

is protected by intellectual property law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Reproduce
\u2022 Share
\u2022 Publish
\u2022 Translate
\u2022 Modify
\u2022 Sell
\u2022 Distribute
\u2022 Teach
\u2022 Record or replicate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

any content without explicit written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

11. Recording Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To protect privacy and intellectual property:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Attendees may not record audio or video
\u2022 Attendees may not take screenshots
\u2022 Attendees may not screen-record online sessions
\u2022 Attendees may not photograph slides unless permission is given<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If partial replays are offered, access is limited and non-downloadable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

12. Technology Requirements (Online Sessions)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Attendees are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Stable internet connection
\u2022 Updated software (Zoom or equivalent)
\u2022 Audio and video capability
\u2022 Using a quiet and appropriate environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organiser is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Loss of connection
\u2022 Device issues
\u2022 Local technical problems
\u2022 Poor audio or video quality from the attendee’s side<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

13. Data Protection (GDPR)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Between Forks e.U. processes personal data in compliance with Austrian and EU GDPR regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Store data securely
\u2022 Never sell or share it with third parties
\u2022 Use it solely for session administration
\u2022 Retain it only as required by law<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees may request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Access
\u2022 Correction
\u2022 Deletion (when legally permissible)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

14. Photography, Video and Image Use (In-Person Events)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may take:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Photos
\u2022 Short videos
\u2022 Marketing content<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By attending, you grant permission for your image to appear in promotional materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you prefer not to appear, inform the organiser before the session begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

15. External Groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Participants may create external informal groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 and Between Forks e.U.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Are not responsible for these groups
\u2022 Do not monitor them
\u2022 Do not resolve conflicts arising there
\u2022 Accept no liability for their content<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only official channels created by Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 are under the organiser\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

16. Venue Policies (For In-Person Events)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Attendees must comply with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Venue rules
\u2022 Staff instructions
\u2022 Safety guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

17. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Between Forks e.U. and Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Emotional reactions to workshop content
\u2022 Business or personal decisions made after the session
\u2022 Lost or stolen belongings
\u2022 Accidents or injuries
\u2022 Travel disruptions
\u2022 Technical issues
\u2022 Cancellations outside our control<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation is at the attendee\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

18. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

19. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law<\/strong>.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
