TERMS AND CONDITIONS \u2013 HLC NETWORKING & COMMUNITY EVENTS\u2122<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Networking & Community Events<\/strong> organised by Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122<\/strong>, operated by Between Forks e.U., Vienna, Austria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By registering for or attending any event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

1. Nature of the Events<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 Networking & Community Events are informal professional gatherings designed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Connect hospitality leaders
\u2022 Strengthen relationships
\u2022 Encourage meaningful conversations
\u2022 Foster a respectful and inspiring environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These events are not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Training sessions
\u2022 Coaching
\u2022 Therapy
\u2022 Sales opportunities
\u2022 Business consulting
\u2022 Spaces for confidential disclosures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are informal, social and professional in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

2. Event Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the event, access may require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 A paid ticket
\u2022 A complimentary registration
\u2022 A member-only invitation
\u2022 Prior booking due to limited capacity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entry is guaranteed only upon receiving a confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Adjust capacity
\u2022 Prioritise Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 members
\u2022 Refuse entry if necessary for safety or integrity
\u2022 Cancel or modify registrations in case of overbooking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

3. What Is Included<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise stated on the event page, a ticket grants access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The event venue
\u2022 The networking experience
\u2022 Any informal programme taking place<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless explicitly noted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Food is not included
\u2022 Drinks are not included
\u2022 Giveaways or materials are not included<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any additional items may be purchased directly at the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

4. Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payments (when applicable):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Are processed securely via Stripe or Eventbrite
\u2022 Must be completed at the time of booking
\u2022 Are confirmed via email<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registrations are valid only after full payment is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

5. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

5.1 Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To ensure clarity and fairness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Tickets are non-refundable
\u2022 No refunds for personal schedule changes
\u2022 No refunds for illness, travel delays or unforeseen circumstances
\u2022 No refunds for no-shows
\u2022 Eventbrite tickets follow these same conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2 Event Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Change the date
\u2022 Change the venue within the same city
\u2022 Adjust the programme or timing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If rescheduled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Tickets automatically transfer to the new date
\u2022 Refunds are only offered if the new date represents a significant change (e.g. a different month)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.3 Event Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If the event is completely cancelled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Participants may choose between
\u2014 a full refund
\u2014 or a credit for a future event<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

6. No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A no-show occurs when a participant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Fails to attend the event
\u2022 Arrives more than 45 minutes late
\u2022 Leaves before the main part of the programme without reasonable cause<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No-shows receive no refund, credit or compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

7. Punctuality<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Events begin at the stated time.
To respect other participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Please arrive punctually
\u2022 Late arrivals disrupt the dynamic
\u2022 Participants arriving very late may be asked to wait for a suitable moment to enter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

8. Behaviour and Community Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All attendees agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Treat everyone with respect
\u2022 Maintain professional behaviour
\u2022 Avoid discrimination, harassment or inappropriate conduct
\u2022 Honour boundaries
\u2022 Speak kindly and responsibly
\u2022 Act with integrity within the community<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may remove anyone whose behaviour affects safety, comfort or the professional environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

9. Confidentiality of Conversations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although these events are not confidential spaces like RoundTables\u2122 or Mastermind\u2122, participants are expected to respect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Personal stories shared informally
\u2022 Sensitive business comments
\u2022 Private conversations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing another attendee\u2019s personal or professional information publicly is strongly discouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

10. No Sales, No Pitching and No Lead Generation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 Networking Events are strictly non-commercial spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants may introduce themselves professionally, but must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Sell or promote products or services
\u2022 Pitch offers
\u2022 Collect leads or email addresses for commercial use
\u2022 Add attendees to mailing lists without consent
\u2022 Distribute brochures or promotional material
\u2022 Arrange sales meetings during or immediately after the event
\u2022 Recruit attendees into other communities or programmes
\u2022 Engage in any behaviour perceived as commercial solicitation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any breach may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future events, without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

11. Photography, Video and Image Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 may take:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Photos
\u2022 Short videos
\u2022 Images for social media or future event promotion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By attending, you agree that your image may appear in such materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform the organiser upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Photograph individuals without consent
\u2022 Record conversations
\u2022 Film other participants without permission<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

12. Alcohol Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If alcohol is served:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Participants must consume responsibly
\u2022 Over-intoxicated attendees may be asked to leave
\u2022 The organiser accepts no liability for alcohol-related incidents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

13. External Groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Participants may independently create external groups.
Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 and Between Forks e.U.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Are not responsible for these groups
\u2022 Do not monitor or moderate them
\u2022 Do not provide support for them
\u2022 Accept no liability for their content<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only official channels created by Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 fall under the organiser\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

14. Data Protection (GDPR)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser manages personal data according to Austrian and EU GDPR law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Store data securely
\u2022 Never sell or share data with third parties
\u2022 Use data only for event coordination
\u2022 Retain it only for legally required periods<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees may request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Access
\u2022 Correction
\u2022 Deletion (where legally appropriate)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

15. Venue Rules and Safety<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Participants must follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Venue policies
\u2022 Staff instructions
\u2022 Safety guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

16. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lost or stolen items
\u2022 Injuries or accidents at the venue
\u2022 Travel disruptions
\u2022 Emotional discomfort from conversations
\u2022 Decisions based on discussions
\u2022 Technical issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants attend at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

17. Harassment-Free Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Harassment
\u2022 Bullying
\u2022 Discrimination
\u2022 Racism
\u2022 Sexism
\u2022 Aggressive behaviour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Violations may lead to immediate removal and prohibition from future events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

18. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organiser may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

19. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
