Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 is a private leadership community for senior hospitality professionals. \u2022 Exclusive events The Membership is not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 A coaching programme Membership provides opportunities, not entitlements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 operates exclusively on a one-year commitment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Members may choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Monthly payment is not<\/strong> a monthly contract. The annual structure exists to protect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 The privacy<\/strong> of all members Short-term memberships would allow individuals to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Enter briefly This is strictly prohibited. To protect the community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 No refunds Membership is a full-year commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, in rare and serious personal circumstances<\/strong>, the organiser may review the case individually. Members agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Behave professionally and respectfully Members who violate these expectations may be removed without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Members must respect the privacy of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Conversations held within community spaces Strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Recording conversations Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Between Forks e.U. applies the highest standards of data protection according to Austrian law and EU regulations (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Member data is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Stored securely Members have GDPR rights, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Access to their data To protect all members, it is strictly prohibited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Harvest or store contact details Any misuse results in immediate membership termination without refund and may trigger legal consequences under GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Membership Directory is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 A private asset It may not<\/strong> be duplicated, exported, screenshotted, or shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any extraction of directory data\u2014manual, automated or via screenshot\u2014is considered a serious breach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership benefits may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Member-only pricing for certain events Benefits may evolve or change at any time. Members may create their own informal communication groups on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 and Between Forks e.U.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Do not<\/strong> manage these groups Only official channels created and managed by Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 fall under the organiser\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Members agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Engaged, respectful communication The organiser may remove a member without refund if behaviour undermines the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership provides opportunities, not outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The organiser cannot guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Business growth Members are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The organiser may suspend or terminate a membership immediately if the member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Violates confidentiality Suspension or termination is final<\/strong> and does not entitle the member to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 may modify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Benefits Such changes do not entitle members to refunds or compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Between Forks e.U. is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Business decisions made by members Liability is limited to the membership fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any disputes arising from Membership are governed by Austrian law<\/strong>. Prohibited behaviours include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Selling or promoting products or services Any misuse of the community or the directory for commercial gain may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Immediate termination of membership The Club exists to promote authentic leadership connection, not commercial solicitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
