They support the quality of the space we create together.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions apply to the <strong>Executive Hospitality Mastermind\u2122<\/strong> organised by <strong>Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122, operated by Between Forks e.U.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>By joining the Mastermind\u2122, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Nature of the Mastermind<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Hospitality Mastermind is a peer to peer leadership circle for senior hospitality professionals. It provides a space for reflection, strategic clarity, accountability and collective wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not:<br>\u2022 Therapy<br>\u2022 Counselling<br>\u2022 Coaching<br>\u2022 Psychological treatment<br>\u2022 Crisis support<br>\u2022 Mental health care<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants are fully responsible for their own personal and emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Confidentiality (Core Rule, Never, Nothing, No One)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Confidentiality is the foundation of the Executive Hospitality Mastermind. Participants agree to absolute confidentiality regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The identity of all members<br>\u2022 All personal stories, emotions and challenges shared<br>\u2022 All business, financial or operational details discussed<br>\u2022 All reflections, conflicts, insights and vulnerabilities expressed<br>\u2022 All written, visual or digital content including chat messages<br>\u2022 Any data, materials or documents shared in the group<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strictly prohibited:<br>\u2022 Audio or video recording<br>\u2022 Screenshots of any kind<br>\u2022 Photography of participants or screens<br>\u2022 Sharing or forwarding chat messages<br>\u2022 Discussing session content with colleagues, family or third parties<br>\u2022 Using AI tools to transcribe, summarise, analyse or store content<br>\u2022 Sharing any element of the Mastermind beyond the group<br>\u2022 Reproducing group processes, phrases or frameworks publicly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any breach of confidentiality results in immediate and permanent removal without refund.<br>Confidentiality remains binding indefinitely, even after leaving the Mastermind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confidentiality mantra<br>Never. Nothing. No one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Behaviour, Respect and Group Safety<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must:<br>\u2022 Treat one another with respect and professionalism<br>\u2022 Listen without judgement<br>\u2022 Share honestly and from experience<br>\u2022 Avoid interrupting or dominating the space<br>\u2022 Avoid discriminatory, aggressive, manipulative or shaming behaviour<br>\u2022 Respect emotional boundaries and group safety<br>\u2022 Follow the structure and timing set by the Facilitator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator may interrupt, redirect or stop any intervention to protect the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality Leaders Club may remove any participant whose behaviour:<br>\u2022 Repeatedly disrupts the group<br>\u2022 Endangers the emotional or psychological safety of others<br>\u2022 Violates boundaries, confidentiality or structure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Removal is final and non refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Role and Authority of the Facilitator<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator is responsible for holding the structure, emotional safety and strategic intention of the Executive Hospitality Mastermind. Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the Facilitator during sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator has the authority to:<br>\u2022 Guide and adjust the flow of each session<br>\u2022 Maintain timing and presence<br>\u2022 Interrupt or redirect contributions when necessary<br>\u2022 Stop behaviours that compromise clarity or safety<br>\u2022 Invite silence or reflection<br>\u2022 Mediate tensions within the group<br>\u2022 Determine when a topic is complete<br>\u2022 Uphold confidentiality and protect the integrity of the space<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator\u2019s process decisions are final during each session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Boundaries of the Facilitator Role<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator does not provide therapy, crisis intervention, counselling, business consulting, performance evaluation or personalised emotional processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facilitator does not replace professional support systems. Participants agree not to impose expectations beyond the defined scope of Mastermind facilitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Facilitator Well-being and Safety<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants agree to:<br>\u2022 Treat the Facilitator with professionalism and respect<br>\u2022 Avoid emotional offloading outside the session<br>\u2022 Refrain from demanding guidance beyond the structure<br>\u2022 Communicate respectfully and through appropriate channels<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Behaviour undermining the Facilitator\u2019s authority or wellbeing may result in removal without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Session Note Taking and Data Handling by the Facilitator<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain continuity and coherence, the Facilitator takes handwritten notes during sessions. These notes support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Identifying topics for future sessions<br>\u2022 Capturing challenges raised by participants<br>\u2022 Tracking accountability commitments<br>\u2022 Preparing session summaries for the next meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notes are always handwritten using pen and paper to avoid digital storage and cybersecurity risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notes are used exclusively to facilitate the Mastermind experience and are never shared with participants, employers or third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of the following session, once the summary and accountability review have taken place, all handwritten notes from the previous session are permanently destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants accept this process as part of the Mastermind\u2019s confidentiality and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. No Trial Sessions or Observers<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>To protect confidentiality and emotional safety, no trial participation, guest attendance or observers are permitted.<br>Every person in the room must be a confirmed participant who has accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Mastermind Structure and Format<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mastermind follows a clear, structured format explained at the start of the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions may include:<br>\u2022 Opening check in<br>\u2022 One or more Hot Seats<br>\u2022 Group reflection<br>\u2022 Experience based insights<br>\u2022 Clear commitments for the next period<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hot Seat definition<br>A Hot Seat is a structured moment where one member shares a challenge or goal. The group responds from personal experience, not advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants agree to respect the structure, timing, process and the Facilitator\u2019s guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Not a Therapy or Mental Health Service<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mastermind is a professional environment. It does not replace therapy, counselling, psychological or psychiatric treatment or crisis support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No one in the group diagnoses, treats, fixes or provides mental health services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a participant needs clinical support, they must seek professional help independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Commitment, Duration and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Hospitality Mastermind\u2122 is a one-year programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By joining the Mastermind, participants commit to a full twelve-month participation period. Payment may be made annually or through a monthly payment plan. A monthly payment plan is a payment facility only and does not constitute a monthly, flexible or cancellable subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme year begins with the first official Mastermind session, not with the payment date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">   11.1 Initial Alignment Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Hospitality Mastermind\u2122 includes an Initial Alignment Period designed to ensure mutual fit, clarity and responsible commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Initial Alignment Period consists of the Participant\u2019s full and consecutive attendance at the first three official Mastermind sessions. The onboarding or welcome session does not count as part of these three sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If, after attending these three consecutive Mastermind sessions with genuine engagement and active participation, the Participant determines that the Mastermind is not the right fit for them, they may choose to conclude their participation at that point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">   11.2 Refund conditions during the Initial Alignment Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In such case:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If the Participant has paid annually, Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 will refund 50% of the net programme fee paid, excluding VAT. A fixed administrative cancellation fee of \u20ac200 applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If the Participant is on a monthly payment plan, participation will be concluded immediately and all future payments will be cancelled. A fixed administrative cancellation fee of \u20ac200 applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">   11.3 After the Initial Alignment Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Initial Alignment Period has concluded, participation becomes fully binding for the remainder of the one-year programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this point, no refunds, partial refunds, early cancellations, payment suspensions, pauses or credits apply under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal, professional or health situations, scheduling conflicts or dissatisfaction with the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">   11.4 Precedence of contractual documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the Executive Hospitality Mastermind\u2122 is governed by the Executive Hospitality Mastermind\u2122 Participation Agreement, which is provided and accepted prior to payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of discrepancy or interpretation differences, the terms set out in the Participation Agreement shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Punctuality and Attendance<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions begin at the scheduled time.<br>\u2022 Maximum delay is ten minutes<br>\u2022 Entry after ten minutes is not allowed<br>\u2022 Late arrivals count as absences<br>\u2022 Absences are not refunded or credited<br>\u2022 Sessions are not recorded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. No Transfer or Substitution<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership is strictly personal. It cannot be transferred, shared or reassigned. Corporate billing is allowed, but the named participant remains fixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Group Composition<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>To protect neutrality and freedom of expression, groups may not include:<br>\u2022 Business partners<br>\u2022 Romantic partners<br>\u2022 Spouses<br>\u2022 Close friends<br>\u2022 Family members<br>\u2022 Direct colleagues in the same hotel or department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a relational conflict is identified, the organiser may reassign a participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Group Admission and Allocation<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Between Forks e U curates groups based on leadership level, background, personality, confidentiality needs, availability, group fit and value exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admission is selective and not automatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a participant\u2019s schedule does not align with their chosen group, the organiser may allocate them to another cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. Admission Process Clarification<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Admission is discretionary. Applications and invitations are assessed individually.<br>The organiser is not required to justify acceptance or non acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. Group Size<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Groups are intentionally small. The organiser typically selects between six and eight leaders.<br>This range is indicative rather than contractual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. Limited Number of Mastermind Groups Per Year<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>To preserve the highest quality of facilitation, depth and continuity, only a limited number of Mastermind groups are opened each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants acknowledge that:<br>\u2022 Only a limited number of circles are curated annually<br>\u2022 New groups are formed only when capacity and alignment allow<br>\u2022 The organiser is not obliged to open additional groups<br>\u2022 Admission may be delayed if all groups are at full capacity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This limitation protects the emotional integrity and personalised nature of the Mastermind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19. Mastermind Scheduling<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser establishes the initial session date and time for the group. Once the group is formed, all members agree that the Mastermind will follow a consistent schedule based on that original structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions will therefore take place:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Always on the same weekday as the initial session<br>\u2022 Always at the same time as the initial session<br>\u2022 Always following the same monthly rhythm, for example the last Tuesday of each month at 16:30<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group may bring a session forward by up to one week when necessary, yet the weekday and time remain fixed without exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants acknowledge that the organiser does not offer individual scheduling preferences and that the coherence of the Mastermind depends on a stable, predictable rhythm agreed collectively at the outset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>20. Data Protection and Privacy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality Leaders Club protects all participant information under Austrian and EU law including GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strictly prohibited:<br>\u2022 Sharing the Mastermind member list<br>\u2022 Selling or distributing participant data<br>\u2022 Adding participants to unrelated mailing lists<br>\u2022 Using personal information outside the Mastermind context<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corporate sponsors receive no access to session content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>21. Removal From the Mastermind<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>A participant may be removed without refund for:<br>\u2022 Breaching confidentiality<br>\u2022 Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour<br>\u2022 Manipulation or toxicity<br>\u2022 Repeated disruption<br>\u2022 Failure to pay<br>\u2022 Misuse of data<br>\u2022 Violating the format or boundaries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Removal is definitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>22. Rescheduling and Changes by the Organiser<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser may reschedule a session, change the Facilitator or adjust the format.<br>Rescheduling does not entitle participants to refunds or credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>23. Facilitator Change or Substitution<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser may assign a new Facilitator when required.<br>A change in Facilitator is not grounds for complaint, refund or compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>24. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>All materials, frameworks, tools and processes are the exclusive intellectual property of Hospitality Leaders Club and Between Forks e. U.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants may not:<br>\u2022 Copy<br>\u2022 Teach<br>\u2022 Publish<br>\u2022 Modify<br>\u2022 Reproduce<br>\u2022 Sell<br>\u2022 Share<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any part of the content or methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>25. Photography and Screenshots<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Screenshots, photos and recordings are not allowed.<br>If a group photo is taken by agreement, it must remain private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>26. Liability<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The organiser is not responsible for:<br>\u2022 Emotional reactions<br>\u2022 Business or personal decisions<br>\u2022 Technical issues<br>\u2022 Outcomes of participation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liability is limited to the membership fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>27. External Groups<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants may create their own communication groups outside official platforms.<br>The organiser does not supervise or take responsibility for these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is voluntary and at the participants\u2019 own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>28. No Sales, No Pitching, No Lead Generation<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mastermind is not a sales environment. Members must not:<br>\u2022 Sell or promote services<br>\u2022 Pitch offers or programmes<br>\u2022 Collect data for commercial purposes<br>\u2022 Add members to mailing lists without consent<br>\u2022 Use the Mastermind to generate clients<br>\u2022 Turn conversations into sales opportunities<br>\u2022 Recruit members into other masterminds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>29. Protection Against Unreasonable Claims<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants accept that:<br>\u2022 The process is subjective<br>\u2022 Vulnerability and challenge are part of the journey<br>\u2022 Discomfort is not grounds for complaint<br>\u2022 Disagreements do not entitle refunds<br>\u2022 Dissatisfaction with content or facilitation is not a valid reason for refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mastermind remains non refundable in all ordinary situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>30. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by Austrian law.<br>Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>31.
