Nature of the Event<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Hospitality RoundTables\u2122 are intimate leadership dinners designed for senior hospitality professionals.<br>Each session includes a facilitated leadership conversation, a preselected dinner menu and curated materials.<br>Seats are strictly limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. What Is Included<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each paid seat includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participation in the RoundTable\u2122<br>\u2022 A preselected dinner menu<br>\u2022 Curated leadership materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Drinks are not included.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional beverages may be purchased directly at the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Dietary Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must inform the organiser of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Allergies<br>\u2022 Dietary restrictions<br>\u2022 Religious dietary considerations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>at least <strong>72 hours before the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If dietary information is not provided on time, suitable alternatives cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Eligibility and Capacity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is strictly personal.<br>Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 reserves the right to refuse entry or participation where necessary to maintain safety, integrity or the intended atmosphere of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices are in Euros (\u20ac), inclusive of the services described.<br>Payments are processed securely via Stripe.<br>A seat is only confirmed after full payment and receipt of an email confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Individual Seats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An Individual Seat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Applies to one named person<br>\u2022 May not be shared<br>\u2022 May not be split between multiple attendees<br>\u2022 May not be transferred except as outlined in Section 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Annual Pass (Four RoundTables\u2122)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Annual Pass grants access to the four Executive Hospitality RoundTables\u2122 scheduled within the current calendar year and is valid for one named individual only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Annual Pass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cannot be shared, divided or transferred to another person<br>\u2022 Cannot be used across multiple years<br>\u2022 Must be used exclusively within the calendar year of purchase<br>\u2022 Covers the four RoundTables\u2122 planned for that specific year<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the Annual Pass is purchased after one or more RoundTables\u2122 have already taken place, the participant may attend the remaining RoundTables\u2122 of the current year. No extensions, credits or carryovers will be offered under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Transfers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a participant cannot attend a scheduled RoundTable\u2122:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The seat may be transferred to a colleague <strong>from the same organisation<\/strong><br>\u2022 Notice must be given <strong>at least 72 hours before<\/strong> the event<br>\u2022 The transfer must be requested by email to <strong><a>hello@hospitality-leaders-club.com<\/a><\/strong><br>\u2022 Transfers apply only to individual sessions, not to Annual Pass ownership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No-shows are not eligible for transfer or compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A no-show occurs when a participant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Does not attend the event<br>\u2022 Arrives more than <strong>30 minutes late<\/strong> without prior notice<br>\u2022 Leaves the event before the main session is complete without valid justification<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No-shows are counted as \u201cused seats\u201d and are not eligible for refunds, credits or transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Punctuality Requirement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RoundTables\u2122 begin at the announced time.<br>To preserve the flow and respect other participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Please arrive on time<br>\u2022 Late arrivals may be asked to wait for a suitable moment to join<br>\u2022 Late arrivals are not compensated or credited<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Behaviour and Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To protect the safety, quality and integrity of the experience, all participants agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Speak respectfully<br>\u2022 Allow others to contribute without interruption<br>\u2022 Maintain confidentiality<br>\u2022 Avoid aggressive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour<br>\u2022 Refrain from dominating the conversation<br>\u2022 Follow the facilitator\u2019s guidance<br>\u2022 Maintain professional standards of conduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the group or violates these principles.<br>No refunds or credits will be provided in such cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All discussions during the RoundTables\u2122 are confidential.<br>Participants may not record, share or disclose the content of the conversation, including comments made by others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Event Changes by the Organiser<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Change the venue within the same city<br>\u2022 Change the facilitator or guest expert<br>\u2022 Adjust the menu<br>\u2022 Reschedule the event date<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If rescheduled, your seat will be automatically moved to the new date if the change is minor and remains within a similar timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the new date represents a significant change, such as a shift to a different month or a major scheduling alteration, participants may choose between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Joining another Executive Hospitality RoundTable\u2122 within the same calendar year<br>\u2022 Requesting a full refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, participants will receive either a full refund or a credit for another RoundTable\u2122 within the same calendar year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Event Cancellation by the Organiser<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the unlikely event that a RoundTable\u2122 is fully cancelled and not rescheduled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participants will receive a credit for a future RoundTable\u2122 <strong>within the same calendar year<\/strong><br>\u2022 No monetary refunds will be issued<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Corporate Purchases and Gifted Seats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies may purchase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Single seats<br>\u2022 Annual Passes<br>\u2022 Gifted seats<br>\u2022 Gifted Annual Passes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each seat must be assigned to a named participant before the event.<br>Unused or unassigned seats will not be refunded or credited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Between Forks e.U. and Hospitality Leaders Club\u2122 are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Loss of personal belongings<br>\u2022 Travel issues or delays<br>\u2022 Illness, including food-related issues if restrictions were not communicated<br>\u2022 Business or personal decisions made based on RoundTable\u2122 discussions<br>\u2022 Dissatisfaction with menu, venue, group dynamics or conversation style<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. Protection Against Unreasonable Claims<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By attending, participants acknowledge that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Opinions shared are personal, not professional advice<br>\u2022 Results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed<br>\u2022 Preference for menu items, seating, conversation style or group composition is not grounds for complaints, refunds or compensation<br>\u2022 Subjective dissatisfaction (such as \u201cI did not like the topic,\u201d \u201cI disagreed with someone,\u201d or \u201cI expected something different\u201d) does not constitute a valid claim<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No financial or legal claims may be made on these grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. Photography and Media<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Photography may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform the organiser upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Austrian law.<br>Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>20. No Sales, No Pitching, No Lead Generation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Hospitality RoundTables\u2122 are <strong>strictly non-commercial spaces<\/strong> designed for meaningful leadership conversations.<br>Participants may share who they are and what they do as part of natural introductions, but the event may not be used for any form of sales activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Introduce themselves professionally<br>\u2022 Share what they do in natural conversation<br>\u2022 Mention their role or company<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants may <strong>not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Sell or promote products or services<br>\u2022 Pitch business offers<br>\u2022 Collect leads or contact details<br>\u2022 Add participants to mailing lists without explicit consent<br>\u2022 Distribute brochures, catalogues or promotional materials<br>\u2022 Offer discounts, packages or free trials<br>\u2022 Arrange sales meetings during or immediately after the event<br>\u2022 Use conversations to drive commercial interests<br>\u2022 Recruit or attempt to recruit participants for other communities<br>\u2022 Engage in any behaviour perceived as commercial solicitation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any form of <strong>sales attempt<\/strong>, whether direct or indirect, is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Violating this rule may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Immediate removal from the event<br>\u2022 Exclusion from future events<br>\u2022 Termination of membership<br>\u2022 No refund or compensation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These spaces exist to foster <strong>genuine leadership connection<\/strong>, not commercial activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>21.
